where we clean.
Sunday Clean Co. cleans homes across Charlotte and the rest of Mecklenburg County — from the mill houses in NoDa to the bigger floor plans out in Ballantyne. Wherever you are on the map, it's the same flat rate for your home size, the same 50-point checklist, and the same 24-hour re-clean guarantee.

same price on every street.
Your price comes from your home size, not your zip code: $124 for a 1 bed/1 bath, $149 for up to a 2 bed/2 bath, $189 for a 3 bed/2 bath, $249 for a 4 bed/3 bath. Homes with 1 bath are priced as one more bedroom — a 2 bed/1 bath is $149 and a 3 bed/1 bath is $189. Book recurring and it drops — about $127 bi-weekly for a 2/2. A background-checked pro shows up with supplies, runs the full list, and you get your Sunday back.
We work as a service-area business, which means we come to you — there's no storefront to visit. Weekend slots are open, Sundays included.
on our route.
noda
North Davidson is the arts district — murals, galleries and live music, with older mill-village houses sitting a block from new apartments by the Blue Line. If you're in one of those apartments or a converted bungalow, the 2/2 rate usually covers it. Book the clean and spend the weekend on 36th Street instead of on your floors.
plaza midwood
Plaza Midwood mixes 1920s bungalows, small brick ranches and newer infill along Central Avenue and The Plaza. Older homes collect dust in their trim and corners, so the baseboards and reachable fixtures on our checklist earn their keep here. Most single-family homes in the neighborhood fit our 3/2 rate.
dilworth
Charlotte's first streetcar suburb, with tree-lined streets around Latta Park and East Boulevard. Dilworth's older homes and renovated cottages tend to have character — and the original floors and woodwork that come with it. Same 50-point list, same flat rate, no walkthrough required.
south end
South End runs along the Rail Trail, and a lot of it is apartments, condos and townhomes — exactly what our up to 2 bed · 2 bath rate is built for. If your building has a gate code, parking deck or front-desk check-in, add it to your booking notes so your pro walks straight in.
myers park
Under the oak canopy on Queens Road, Myers Park homes run bigger and older, often with extra rooms and a lot of trim to dust. Our 4/3 rate covers bigger homes, bonus rooms and all, and a deep clean is a smart first visit if it's been a while. Recurring keeps it there.
ballantyne
Down in south Charlotte near the state line, Ballantyne is mostly newer, roomier single-family homes and townhome communities. Bigger floor plans mean more floor to mop, which is where a flat rate helps — you see $189 or $249 before you book instead of an hourly guess.
university city
Around UNC Charlotte, University City is a mix of apartments, townhomes and family neighborhoods off the end of the Blue Line. It's a common spot for move-ins and move-outs, so our move-in/move-out clean (typically +$150–250 by size) gets a lot of use at lease turnover.
matthews
Matthews is its own town on the southeast side of Mecklenburg County, with a small historic downtown and quiet single-family streets around it. Same Charlotte flat rates apply — no separate suburb pricing. Book online and pick a weekend slot if weekdays are full.
