flat-rate house cleaning

The everyday Sunday clean: the full 50-point checklist below, at one flat price for your home size. Most people book it on a recurring schedule so the house never slides back to "we should really clean this weekend."

From $124.

one-time home cleaning

A single visit before you settle into a rhythm — after a busy stretch, before guests, or just to see how we work. Same 50-point standard as recurring, same posted rates.

From $124.

deep cleaning

An extra detail pass on top of the Sunday checklist: baseboards, buildup, and the corners that have been waiting. A good first visit if it's been a while.

Typically +$100–150 on top of your flat rate, by home size. Choose deep clean when you book.

move-in / move-out cleaning

An empty-home reset, whether you're handing back keys or getting a new place ready to live in. You'll know the price before you book — no surprise quote after a walkthrough.

Typically +$150–250 on top of your flat rate, by home size.

oven & fridge cleaning

And yes — we do ovens and fridges. The standard clean wipes the outside of both; add the inside of either when you book, and we'll confirm it while scheduling so your flat rate stays clear.

Add-on.
